The University of California at Berkeley was cleared of wrongdoing in a lawsuit that accused the university of doing too little to prevent anti-Semitism on campus. A federal judge dismissed the lawsuit on December 22, ruling that much of the purportedly anti-Semitic behavior was Constitutionally-protected speech.
